Immigration Program

Founded in 1992, Dubeau Capital & Co Ltd is one of the few brokerage firms authorized in Canada to help foreign nationals immigrate here. Our firm is authorized by the Ministry of Immigration, Francisation and Integration (MIFI) of the Province of Quebec to enable you to present your candidacy under the Immigrant Investor Program to settle in the Province of Québec.

Even though the suspension of the current program has been extended until April 2023, it is the wish of the MIFI to open a new program by the end of 2022. 

Following a recent discussion with the MIFI, arrival in Quebec of immigrant investors and their family should be sped up considerably with the new program, for applicants wishing to reside in the Province of Quebec and learn basic French, followed by faster access to Canadian permanent resident (PR) status.
Details of the new program should be announced shortly by the MIFI.
